The Challenge

PIN had a strong product but lacked a clearly defined brand and marketing structure to support scale. Messaging was inconsistent, market positioning needed sharpening, and marketing activity wasn’t yet fully aligned with sales objectives or long-term growth ambitions.

The Approach

We rebuilt PIN’s marketing foundations from the ground up - clarifying brand purpose, values and positioning, and establishing robust brand guidelines. A digital marketing manager was recruited to deliver day-to-day activity, while I provided strategic oversight. Targeted campaigns were developed to engage PIN’s top 50 prospect accounts, supported by a redesigned website, refined email strategy, and customer testimonial video to build trust and authority.

What Changed

PIN now has a cohesive, credible brand presence aligned to its sector and growth goals. Marketing activity supports sales more effectively, generating warmer, more relevant leads. Brand visibility, engagement and authority within the waste and recycling industry have strengthened, creating momentum for sustained, scalable growth.

This included strategic planning, website and content support to showcase the value of the Nexa platform. Messaging was shaped to resonate with both prospective and existing lawyers.

Nexa’s marketing now delivers clarity, consistency and engagement across its lawyer network. Communications better reflect the strength of the platform, support recruitment efforts, and encourage participation in events, content and initiatives - reinforcing Nexa’s position as a modern, flexible law firm.

As a CIC working with limited resources, It’sHer needed marketing support that could increase visibility, support events, and clearly communicate its mission, while remaining inclusive and accessible to a diverse audience facing different life-stage challenges.

The Approach

Working on an ad-hoc and voluntary basis, I supported It’sHer with website content redesign, marketing strategy development, and event communications. I also worked with partners to curate and deliver workshops, helping shape content and experiences that supported women across a range of personal and professional challenges. Event marketing support included promotion and on-site engagement for initiatives such as the Happy Place Festival.

What Changed

It’sHer strengthened its brand presence and clarity of message, helping it connect more effectively with its community. Events and workshops were better supported through cohesive communications, contributing to increased engagement, participation and awareness of the organisation’s mission.

The Challenge

The Sanctuary is a well-established yoga and wellbeing studio with a loyal community, strong brand presence, and a distinctive market position. When the decision was made to sell the business, early sales activity generated limited interest. The challenge wasn’t the quality or viability of the business, but how the opportunity was being presented. The existing narrative lacked emotional connection and clarity around value, and there was also a need to reassure members that the heart of The Sanctuary - its community and founder - would be protected throughout the transition.

The Approach

We repositioned The Sanctuary as a rare lifestyle investment, combining commercial strength with deep community loyalty. A clear, compelling pitch deck was developed to articulate the studio’s value and its fully operational, turnkey model. Alongside this, a founder-led social and video strategy was created, allowing Natalie to communicate the sale authentically, explain the reasoning behind it, and reassure members that she would remain the face of the brand and continue teaching. This placed Natalie at the centre of the narrative as a core asset, not a departing founder.

What Changed

The sales story shifted from a passive listing to a transparent, founder-led opportunity that felt credible, human, and emotionally engaging. Members felt informed and reassured, while prospective buyers gained a clearer understanding of both the business’s value and its future potential. The Sanctuary moved from low traction to generating genuine buyer interest, with active conversations now underway to take the business into its next chapter.
